Attuned Families is coming to Prince Edward County to provide live, in person support to families in Eastern Ontario.
Join the Attuned Parenting Seminar to gain clarity and confidence in building healthy connections within your family.
Education, group discussions lead by our talented Therapists, and Q&A sessions will give you invaluable tools to help you improve your child’s overall functioning and support their development. We understand how hard it is as parents to raise children the way we intend to - especially when they have big needs, feelings and behaviour.
At the Attuned Parenting Seminar, you will have the opportunity to gain:
Knowledge: We cut through the noise and bring you key information on children and parenting based on research and deliver it in plain language.
Skills: Let’s get laser focused on which parenting skills will have the biggest impact
Self Care: We know how hard you’re working as parents. It’s often a thankless job. Take a day to look after you, and leave with a plan to increase and maintain your self care.
Support: Parenting was never meant to be done alone. We are here to meet you where you are at and support you to make meaningful changes for your family.
Connection: Connect with other parents. Connect with therapists. Build community.
Growth: Your personal growth benefits you AND your child. We hope you will leave this experience at ease and empowered, with a new way forward.
Attuned Parenting Seminar Schedule
Start:10:30am Refreshments and Morning Presentation
Lunch is provided: 12:30-1:30pm
Break-out Groups: 1:30-3:00pm
3:00-3:30pm: Closing remarks and thinking forward
Break-out groups are lead by our amazing Therapists, who create a safe space for you to share your story, connect with other parents, and further process the morning's content. You will also have the opportunity to continue to receive follow up parenting support with this group!
