Valentines Day falls on Tuesday this year, so we're getting a bit of a head start on it. Charade is the perfect movie to see with your valentine, because let's face it.... I can't be the only woman who usually doesn't want to watch the same movie as her husband! Romance and suspense ensue in Paris as a woman is pursued by several men who want a fortune her murdered husband had stolen. Whom can she trust? And what's not to love? It's Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn with a memorable score by Henry Mancini and Johnny Mercer. Charade has been described as the best Hitchcock movie that Hitchcock never made. In 2022, the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant."
