Let's kick off Christmas in Rochester, NY and come come join our Ontario’s Annual Tree Lighting at Cam's Pizzeria!
Event Details
The Tree Lighting Event begins with Storytime with Miss Anne at the Ambulance Base on 6132Furnace Road. Miss Anne will be sharing a holiday story and kick us off with information about all the fun activities of the night.
Those fun activities include
Scavenger Hunt-Kids visit many of the businesses and organizations on the Ridge in between Furnace and Knickerbocker Road to get stickers from as many participating businesses as you can and then enter the drawing to win a prize just before the tree lighting.
Cookie Decorating hosted by Cam’s Pizzeria.
Ornament Making Craft hosted by Bread Box Art Studio, new business
Special Guest Performances from The Wayne High School Senior Chorus and the DCT Dancers
Music for the whole party provided by DJ Doze Guyz.
Free Pizza provided by Business Improvement District
Hot Chocolate provided by the Chamber of Commerce
Rudolf and Mrs. Claus will be there all night checking out the festivities and available for pictures.
Finally, Santa himself will be joining us on his sleigh after all of the performances to see us light up the tree and start the holiday season.
FIREWORKS, as a special extra treat to welcome back this fabulous and fun event, just after the tree lights up!
