Taught by Jennie Kieffer, CD(DONA), CLC, this class is for parents who have been through a cesarean delivery and are looking for options and education on vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC).
Together we will talk about the history of cesarean and VBAC, your own history with birth, cultural influences and more.
We will discuss local hospital policies regarding VBAC, options for VBAC and repeat cesarean.
Evidence based risks and benefits, and how to find a VBAC friendly provider.
Review of the stages of labor and comfort measures for labor.
Walking this journey together, we hope to leave you empowered and educated for the next steps in your birthing journey.
